The purpose of the Sanvedana Foundation is to bring together the well-informed citizens of the ‘haves’ class of the society and offer a helping hand to the 'have-nots' class.

There are four ways to volunteer in our efforts -

Application for Medical Help -

The application should include the following :
Patient's Name, Age, Postal address, E-mail address, Mobile Number, Details of the Illness, Since when is the illness? Treating Doctor’s Name, Hospiital Name, Treating Doctor’s / Hospital’s Phone Number, Treating Doctor’s / Hospital’s E-mail address, Estimated cost of treatment and , Expected assistance amount from Sanvedana Foundation, Name and Phone Number of Patient’s close relative

Application for Educational Assistance -

The application should include the following :
Student's Name, Age, Postal address, E-mail address, Mobile Number, School / College Name, Phone Number, E-mail address, Headmaster’s / Principal's Name, Phone Number, E-mail address, Course details, Details of last completed education, reason for seeking assistance from Sanvedana Foundation, Total expenses with details as Course Fee / Course Material charges / Hostel charges / Any Other, Expected assistance amount from Sanvedana Foundation, Name and Phone Number of Student's Close Family Member
